Marcio Roberto de Almeida was born on May 29, 1957 in the town of Carmo do Paranaíba, State of Minas Gerais, Brazil. He currently lives in Brasilia, DF, Brazil. He created a family together with his wife Patricia Almeida, including these children: Camila born in 1982, Cintia born in 1983, Tiago born in 2006 and Giovana born in 2007. Márcio Roberto de Almeida is also known by other professional and social names such as Márcio Almeida, Márcio Caetano de Almeida and Márcio Roberto Caetano de Almeida.

Born in the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil, Márcio Roberto de Almeida has a personality marked by traditional lines that he loves and preserves his own cultural, social and family values, however eclectic in his liking and in the appreciation of new cultures, new habits and, above all, new technologies.

He was born and spent his childhood in a rural region and his adolescence, in the town of Carmo do Paranaíba, it was marked by serenades, by the fanfare of the Public School, as well as presentations as a singer and guitarist in parties and music festivals and participations in youths' groups of the local church, besides adventures in the savannahs and streams of the area.

Through out the life of Márcio Roberto de Almeida, the search for the new and the "technical curiosity" induced him to take academic and professional deflections apparently anachronistic and paradoxical, without however committing to the obstinate search for continuous growth, either in the personal aspect or the socio-economic and cultural.
In academic life, Márcio Roberto de Almeida took Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration   and afterwards, he moved through different specialization areas (post graduate), such as Computer Science, Finances, Industrial Production, Public Policy and Government Administration, Government Planning, besides several other extension courses in different technical areas, consolidating a pretty  eclectic education.
Professionally, Márcio Roberto de Almeida began his career working initially in two large multinationals in the city of Belo Horizonte, which totaled twelve years of work; first as a Mechanical Planner, later as an Industrial Technician, Mechanical and Production Engineer and, finally, as Computer Analyst and Project Coordinator.
Admitted in the Federal Public Administration of Brazil in 1988, in the career of "Expert in Public Policies and Government Administration", Márcio Roberto de Almeida acted as Payroll System Manager for the Brazilian Government; afterwards Márcio Roberto de Almeida acted as Auditing Director of Human Resources and Manager of Modernization Administration, besides several high level advisor positions in different Ministries.
The personality of Márcio Roberto de Almeida is characterized above all by love to the family. Besides being proud of hundreds of cousins and especially of the seventeen legitimate siblings and more than fifty nephews and nieces, he has always been integrally dedicated and fascinated, with honor, of the portion that befits me in that family, which are his children Camila, Cíntia, Tiago and Giovana, besides the dear wife. Márcio Roberto Almeida roots for Cruzeiro Sport Club, of Belo Horizonte, MG, Brazil. As part of his routine, he jogs regularly and does muscular workouts (sporadically). In school and in college he   participated in Futsal (indoor soccer) and collegiate fanfare.

Márcio Roberto Almeida has as values in his life the family, honor, dignity and the commitment with the truth. His passions are family, friends, music and work. For him it is intolerable family dishonor, falsehood and dishonesty. His objectives are to conquer and to preserve peace in the family and in society.
